Symptoms

Downloaded e-Receipt PDF file does not open and gives error

PDF generation failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Dashboard scroll to My Approved List and click on Payments -> [Reference No]
2. On the Fund Transfer Detail screen top right corner click on e-Reciept link to download the pdf
3. After download of the e-Receipt, open the downloaded pdf file
4. The pdf file does not open and gives the error
