Symptoms
When attempting to initiate an Internal Fund transfer transaction,
the following error occurs.

javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server:<IP> ', port:<Port> ''

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with valid user.
2. Open Toggle Menu and navigate to Payments -> Payments and Transfers -> Transfer Money.
3. Perform Internal Transfer transaction by entering all the details and click on Pay button.
