Premium discount points in Forward rate maintenance is saved in 5 decimal digits leading to variance in rates
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that complete digits of Premium discount points should be moved from cytm_fwdrate_details to cytm_fwdrate_history
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform forward rate maintenance
2. Verify the data in history table for same base date if premium / discount points are saved completely without truncate
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users find difference in rates between two dates causing inconsistency in FX reports
