Unable To Create API Consumption Report CSV Format, Status Of The Report After Creation Is Shown As Error. (Doc ID 2748896.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Adhoc report status is shown as error for Api consumption report CSV generation.
report format dropdown was not proper.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Api consumption report CSV should be generated without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Reports > Report Generation
3. Select the report as api consumption report ,observed that only pdf format is shown on the dropdown.
4.Refresh the page and again navigate to reports and now select date wise user creation report.
5.Observed that both the report formats csv, pdf are shown, now select api consumption report both the report formats are shown
6. Select api consumption report and select format as csv, enter/select all the required details and click generate report.
7.Confirmation shown that report generated successfully, but when clicked on view reports api consumption report status is shown as error.
