When attempting to create Repeat Transfers/Standing Instruction for Bi-Monthly, Semi-Annually or Annually,
the following error occurs.

Standing instruction to internal account transfer failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Toggle menu and navigate to Payments -> Setups -> Repeat Transfers
2. Go to Set Repeat Transfers and fill the required values
3. Set Transfer Frequency as Bi-Monthly or Semi-Annually or Annually
4. Click Submit button
5. On the Review page click on Confirm button
