Symptoms

On : 14.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Unhandled exception on charge pickup call during cash deposit transaction even if there are no charges maintained for the branch.

RM-TX-BE-01 : Unhandled Exception Occured.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Flexcube application
2. Perform Cash deposit transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post cash deposit transaction and facing Unhandled exception.
