Symptoms

Demand draft payees for corporate user are not visible on the mobile devises

Blank dropdown is shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Corp user.
2. Navigate to "Payments & Transfers->Setups->Manage Payees"
3. Set screen size to mobile device.
4. Select "Demand Draft" radio button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to see demand draft payee details.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
