On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When loan account transferred to other branch system didn't update DR_ACC_BRN column(Related with DR_PROD_AC as GL) of CLTB_ACCOUNT_COMPONENTS based on new branch code

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Branch has too be updated as new branch code after transfer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform CL transfer
2.Verify branch code after transfer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform CL transfer
