ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User want to Change the time level from T9 to T0 using function id SMDCHNTL. The Screen when unlocked for modification shows time-level is changed but when queried again it shows the time level as T9.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Change time level T9 to T0.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Change Time Level
