Error "System Cannot Process.." When a Prospect Customer Tries to Open Savings Account Through Origination Module (Doc ID 2750551.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Savings Account Origination Transaction, at the final confirmation page, on click of Submit
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Open the OBDX Login page and click on Savings Product
2. Select any of the product and click Apply.
3. As a prospect customer choose the “Continue as Guest” option.
4. Provide all the required details to complete the form submission.
5. Maintain the new User Name and Password, and verify it and choose the Submit the application option.
6. Error - System cannot process the request currently. Please try later. is noted.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, prospect users cannot open savings account with Bank
