Symptoms

CADSPMNT_Invalid Cheque error when try to save the details.

But if Start and END cheque number same we keep then system allow to save success. Only END cheque number not working same like start cheque number

CA-00104 cheque not issued to this account while saving the details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch screen CADSPMNT
2. Choose Cheque number whatever issued during CADCHBOO
3. First Chequ number as 010028 and End Cheque number as 010029
4. Save the record, system not allow to save
5. In debug system pick check number as 10029 instead of 010029
