Corporate Transaction Auto Approved Alert Is Sent To Wrong User (Retail)

System has sent an "Transaction Auto Arppoved" alert, to different user
The payment transactions were initiated by a user, but the alerts have been sent to different clients with the same name The initiator is corporate user and receiver is retail user. This happened when Corporate User ID matches with First Name of another retail User.
1) Create 2 users : One corporate user and retail user with below details
Retail User :
First Name : LOGINID1
Log-in User ID : LoginIDUser1
Email ID : mailID1@xyz.com
Corporate User :
First Name : FirstName
Log-in User ID : loginid1
Email ID : mailID2@xyz.com
2) Email address should be different for all users.
3) Create Internal Payee transaction using Corporate user.
4) Observe the TRANSACTION_AUTO_APPROVED sent to retail user mail ID , this is intermittent issue and multiple attempts would be required to reproduce same.
