Creation of New Term Deposit via Quick Links Displays Error "System Cannot Process the Request Currently. Please Try Later."

When a user tries to create a "New Term Deposit" from the quick link section inside the overview of term deposit screen, below error is observed
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate User
2. Go to Accounts>Term Deposits>Overview
3. Try to create new Term Deposit by clicking on Quick Link “New Deposit”
The screen is missing maturity details and is displaying information about holding details.
4. Complete the required data to create the new deposit. Click on Save button to observe the error mentioned above.
