ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user select debit account in set repeat transfer, transfer currency doesn't change per debit account currency.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transfer currency should change based on debit account selection and it's corresponding currency.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user.
2. Ensure that user has multiple accounts of different currencies and then Set repeat transfer.
3. Change debit account and verify if transfer currency is changed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transfer currency doesn't change based on debit account currency
