ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Live experience ICON is not loaded on pre-login and after login page after configuring the Live Experience

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The icon should get loaded if the configuration pertaining to Live Experience is in place

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the Oracle Live Experience
2. Launch the application
