Symptoms


When attempting to do user account access for retail party ID,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Party preference is not maintained for the select party.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user.
2. Go to toggle menu-->Account access->User account access and provided retail party id to search.
3. Click on user id from search result.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin users are misguided by error message and not sure what to do next.
