Unable To View Debit Card Details In OBDX (Doc ID 2751711.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBDX 19.2 with FCUBS 14.3, user is not able view Debit Card details and update debit card daily limit.

OBDX version : 9.2 + Patch Set 19.2.0.3.2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there is a debit card linked to an account, its details should be visible in CASA---> Debit Cards screen of OBDX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX.
2. From Dashboard select My Account Widget > Current and Savings.
3. Then select Savings Account > More options > Debit Cards.
