Goal

Users are able to access and modify the details of other alters which is belongs to other users.

Customer using 8.0.7.0.0 version

For example :-
Alert1 owned by user 1
Alert2 owned by user 2

User 1 is able to modify the details in the alert2. Customer asking for possible solution for this issue.
