FCUBS v12.0.2
Payment reverse failed with an error INVALID-001
Site is not able to reverse manual payment of a loan account as system throws error "Value for field Pool Code is not valid INVALID-001".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPYMNT and make a loan payment.
2. Before authorization, click Delete to delete the pending payment.
3. System throws error INVALID-001.

Issue tends to occur in patchsets before 12.0.2.9.0
