Same Error Is Returned When Entering Invalid Value for National Clearing Code or for Bank Identification Code (Doc ID 2752098.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Same Error is returned when entering invalid value for National Clearing Code or for Bank Identification Code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Different error should be returned to identify the invalid NCC and BIC error message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Toggle Menu and navigate to Payments -> Payments and Transfers -> Adhoc Payments
2. Go to Adhoc Domestic Payment screen/International Payment Screen.
3. Scroll down to BIC and NCC code for respective screens of Domestic and International Payment and enter invalid code.
4. Click on Verify button, the error message returned is same for both the fields.
