Login with Corporate User Displays Error "System Cannot Process the Request" (Doc ID 2752444.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login with a corporate user,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

On screen:
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

In OBDX logs:

Caused by: weblogic.transaction.RollbackException: setRollbackOnly called on transaction
at weblogic.transaction.internal.TransactionImpl.throwRollbackException(TransactionImpl.java:2104)
at weblogic.transaction.internal.ServerTransactionImpl.internalCommit(ServerTransactionImpl.java:376)
at weblogic.transaction.internal.ServerTransactionImpl.commit(ServerTransactionImpl.java:262)

1. Login to the OBDX application with a corporate user.
2. The error message will be displayed on the screen
