File upload for internal/domestic/international doesn't support Cyrillic characters for beneficiary name.

ERROR

Invalid beneficiary name.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Upload file for internal/domestic/international FT.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to upload file having Cyrillic characters.

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
