Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Incoming message processing moves the message to COVR queue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Failed Messages should move to repair queue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBPM.
2. Check the cover queue to find failure messages.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The Transaction has to be booked normally.
