New Registered User, On Password Expiry Does not Get Force Change Password Screen (Doc ID 2752557.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Created a new user - password gets expire - user sees the message as "invalid username and/or password" on screen-

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As password has been expired user to navigate to the force change password screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigates to the registration screen - Create a new user by filing the correct data
2. Create the login details required
3. Try to login when password expired , check for the Message on screen



Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware that trigger the problem
