Cheque Book Request Does Not Respond And Throws Error

Cheque Book request is not working. Upon creating a request the system throws an error.
The request sent to Core system has no branch code in its header.
The Cheque book request should work properly getting proper response from core system.
1. Log into OBDX as a corporate user.
2. From Toggle menu select Current & Savings --> Cheque Book Request.
