Cheque Status Inquiry Does Not Work When There Is No Inventory Module (Doc ID 2752824.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBDX 19.2 with FCUBS (14.3) OBPM (14.3), Cheque Status Inquiry is not working when bank has no inventory module.
The view stock master table is used for cheque status inquiry and is populated from the inventory module.
If Bank has no inventory module then they can't query cheques from OBDX.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In case there is no inventory module, the cheque inquiry should be possible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX as a corporate user.
2. From Toggle menu select CASA--> Cheque Status Inquiry.
