On : 12.0.2 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to amend TD after branch migration
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDCUSTD
2. Amend a TD which has undergone branch migration.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend migrated Tds.
