Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For the incoming 103 Contract, the MT199 message is generated successfully but details are not available in FT contract(from Screen FTDTRONL).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected is to get the MT199 details in FTDTRONL screen
.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the incoming 103 through EMS.
2. It will generate the MT199 as outgoing, refer outgoing browser table.
3. Do enquiry from FTDTRONL screen for successfully created contract.
4. Check the Details from Additional Details Tab.
5. TAG 79: and Reference Number field we could see empty.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot find MT199 details in FTDTRONL screen
