Unable To Edit Certain Base Alerts Under Alert Maintenance

When below alerts are modified via Admin Screen following errors occurs :
TD opening alert
Cash Refund Credited
External Transfer Debited
Open Term Deposit
Change in Term Deposit Account Status
"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"
"Data Attribute - does not match with the data attributes available in the message content for Party - Customer-English"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Alert maintenance
3. Select the Event name n module name > Search
4. Click on event name > Edit > Save > Confirm
