ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom error message when transaction fails in Flexcube for a maker-checker flow does not get displayed in spite of doing the necessary maintenance in OBDX.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom error message when transaction fails in Flexcube for a maker-checker flow should get displayed once the necessary maintenance is done in OBDX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate payment transaction through a maker role user.
2. Transaction should fail in UBS due to for eg. : Insufficient funds in account error.
3. Do maintenance for custom error message for the mentioned error in OBDX.
4. Approve transaction through checker rule user.
5. Instead of the custom error message, the generic error in OBDX gets displayed.
