Metro2 - Lease account- Original Loan Amount Should Include Residual amount in the metrro II reporting (Doc ID 2754345.1)

Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Metro2 - Lease - Original loan amount should include residual

Original Loan Amount reported is Incorrect. This should be the full amount of the debt - so rent and residual should be considered. Currently system is not considering Residual while reporting to metro II. ACC_LOAN_AMT in the accounts table is having correct value.

ACC_PMT_AMT and MET_BASE_SCHEDULED_PMT_AMT are in sync.

Rent (ACC_DEPRECIATION_VAL) = 27192.79
Residual (ACC_RESIDUAL_VAL) = 85101.21
Original Loan Amount (MET_BASE_HIGHEST_CREDIT_LIMIT - in metro2 table) = 27192
It should be 27192.79 + 85101.21 = 112,294.

Rent (ACC_DEPRECIATION_VAL) = 31407.84
Residual (ACC_RESIDUAL_VAL) = 99931.16
Original Loan Amount (MET_BASE_HIGHEST_CREDIT_LIMIT - in metro2 table) = 31407
It should be 31407.84 + 99931.16 = 131,339

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Original Loan Amount should be the full amount of the debt(Rent ACC_DEPRECIATION_VAL and Residual amount ACC_RESIDUAL_VAL).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select and Active Lease account having Residual amount and Rent amount.
2. Generate metro II data
3. Check MET_BASE_HIGHEST_CREDIT_LIMIT in the metro II data.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the details to credit bureau impacting customer credit score
