ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
UNLOCK operation not available in MCDPAMNT screen

We found the below issue in MCDPAMNT screen.
1)UNLOCK operation is not available after query of the contract .
2) Contract ref no is not a LOV file during Enter query which results in user to pick the contract from contract summary or type manually.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unlock option should be there
Contract should be in LOV

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try the operation in MCDPAMNT
