ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Setup => Administration => System => Webhook. Save button not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

webhook functionality should work as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to webhook screen
2. Add a new webhook
3. save it

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process new webhook request
