Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mode of Operation field cannot be amended in STDCUSAC for an account which is already authorized

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User wants to change the mode of operation for an existing account since it was saved as NULL during creation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing authorized account from STDCUSAC
2. Unlock and check if Mode of Operation is enabled for modification

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify mode of operation of an authorized account impacting customer requirement
