In Servicing --> Reports menu option causing OFSLL To Hang (Doc ID 2754883.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Under Servicing --> Reports menu cause OFSLL to get hang.

  Navigate to Servicing --> Reports, then click on "Funded Account Log" report. The screen will flash, the grids will get much smaller, and then OFSLL stops responding until you close the tab and reload or refresh the page. User have verified this is happening in all environments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow screens to gets closed without crashing and a allowing user to sign out if required in the Servicing-->Report Menu option.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Servicing , Navigate to Reports menu option and try to click on the funded account log report.
2. System should show the respective parameter details in the down of the grid.
3. System should not hang and it should allow the user to close of the report screen, if required.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the Funded Account Log report option when the branch parameter option is enabled.
