Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Voided account is failing with duplicate Application error with OFSLL 14.8 Account Activation base API
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should activate the loan account without any issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Account is created with application number
2.Void account  by reversing active transaction on the account
3.Try to activate the account with the same xref number for the same application number, system Fails with error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, loan account activation is failing with duplicate application error.
