Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to create Casa account the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Maintain Relationship for category 'C' under Linked Entities tab in STDCIF
2. Include relationship tick box
3. Go to STDCUSAC and try to create account
4. Error ST-VALS-013 is thrown
