EMS Application Hangs with huge file store (Doc ID 2755188.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank has configured the EMS and did the necessary JMS configuration, however, after some time a day or two the application hangs and even not restarted. Bank team had to unbound the targets for the JMS Module and JMS server and had to rename the persistent file store at the application level and after that only the application will restart.
Bank team is not sure what is wrong with configuration even sufficient details is not logged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

EMS server should not hang

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank cannot use EMS server.
