On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Screen is freezing when user try to Attach a Facility in STDCUSAC Screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Facility should be attached successfully and screen should not be freeze.

STEPS
-----------------------

1: Go to Screen STSCUSAC and unlock a account
2: Go to Limits tab and click + on Line Linkage
3: Click on search icon (to display the facilities under the CIF)
4. Screen Freezes

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is taking time while linking Facility to the account in STDCUSAC
