ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When doing Payment Status Inquiry(Outward Remittance),  records/transactions are not fetched for the accounts which do not belong to Home Branch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When doing Payment Status Inquiry(Outward Remittance) response should be received received  irrespective of user account branch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user. Navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry
2. Click on Search.
