When user performs forgot username and forgot password transaction, wrong CSS style is shown when user clicks on login to bank account link.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

CSS Style applied should be shown properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply image in the anon style
2. Click on forgot password or forgot username transaction.
3. Enter the details and click on submit or cancel.
4. Redirects to successful message screen and click on login to bank account link
5. Image style applied is not shown.
