CSS style Which is Applied on Login Page, Also Gets Applied For Dashboard (Doc ID 2755799.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CSS style which is applied on login page is also applied for dashboard. Seems to be cache issue after login, 
Refresh of page helps to apply CSS style for dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Dashboard CSS style must be applied without refresh of page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CSS style like background images and other CSS style is added only for login page.
  Login as Admin user/retail user.
2. After the login the CSS style which is applied for login page is also applied for Dashbaord.
3. Then refresh the page. Dashboard page CSS will be applied
