Unable to initiate payment from favorites screen pay now button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Favorites pay now button should be working
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as retail user
2. Navigate to Payments-->Favorites
3. Select the relevant favorite payment record and click on 3 dots which is present at the right
4. Click on pay now, observed that no action happen
