On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has maintained the weekly restriction count for FT transactions as 2. When user is trying to perform the transaction in the next week, user encountered an error.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User has maintained the weekly restriction count for FT transactions as 2. When user is trying to perform the transaction in the next week, system should reset the count to zero and allow user to perform transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform FT transaction in starting of the week .
2. System is not allowing to perform the transaction. 


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customer is unable to withdraw the amount from his account
