ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'RequestType' passed empty for new debit card request.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For debit card request, 'RequestType' (New) should hold the actual value.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a)Login as Retail user
b)Click on toggle and navigate to Accounts-->Current and Savings > Debit Cards > Apply for New
c)Enter the details, specify reason as new card and click on submit and confirm.
d)Login as Admin user
e)Click on toggle menu and navigate to Others >Request Processing
f)Click on new debit card request.
g)Observed that value not displayed for request type field
