Symptoms
Internet Banking PC contract creation web service requests are failing when customer account is having a stop payment in Flexcube.
Need to remove this validation and process the transactions.

GW-STMT022: Customer Account Number is Invalid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PC contract using Flexcube webservice: FCUBSPCService , operation: CreatePCContract
2. Verify the web service response xml.
