System cannot process the request, please try again later. when doing self registration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home--> self-register
2. Enter the customer details
3. Click on next and enter the OTP
4. Navigate to the user name and password screen
5. Generate user name and enter password details
6. On click of submit button, system encountered error.
