Symptoms

We are getting the below mentioned error while trying to trying to start dispatcher.


Could not load program dispatch:
  Dependent module /unix/libmantasxml.so could not be loaded.
Could not load module /unix/libmantasxml.so.
System error: Not a directory
Failed to start dispatch
