Downloading Pre-Generated Statement Not Working In Android For 19.1.0.6.0 (Doc ID 2756958.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a retailer/corporate user attempts to download the PDF file from the Pre-Generated statement in the Account details module, it is not downloaded on Android devices.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the Android OBDX application, the Pre-Generated Statement of the Account details should be download in PDF format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login by retailer/corporate user
2. Go to the Account details
3. Search for the Account Statement
4. Click on Pre-Generated Statement then select the desired period and search.
5. On the displayed statements when will click on any of them to download it. But it will not work.
