Symptoms
When the bank's user attempt to build OBDX IOS app in latest quarterly patch set of 19.1 version,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Module compiled with swift 5.3 cannot be imported by the swift 5.0 compiler.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build the OBDX IOS app with xcode 10 or 11 in latest quarterly patch set of 19.1 version.
2. Will see the error "Module compiled with swift 5.3 cannot be imported by the swift 5.0 compiler".
